PlayGroundZ Café ("we") runs this website and the PlayGroundZ member list. This notice explains what we collect when you sign up, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you sign up as a member, we collect:

• your name and mobile number
• your email address, only if you give it
• how you first heard about us and what usually brings you in, if you answer
• whether you agreed to this notice and whether you want news and offers

The website does not use advertising cookies. If we count visits to the site, we use tools that do not identify you.

Why we use it

• to recognize you as a member at the counter and run the member program
• to contact you about the program
• to send news and offers, only if you ticked that box
• to understand, in totals, how people find us and why they visit

Who can see it

Only the café owner and staff who run the member program. Sign-ups are stored by Netlify, the service that hosts this website, and in our café records. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as you're on the member list. Ask us to remove you at any time and we'll delete your details.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, have them deleted, or withdraw your consent. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
